What are we doing differently today compared to a year ago?

👉 We regularly work together ON the company – not just for the company.

Once a month we have a “KAPRION DAY”:
Everyone comes together from their home office, meets on site, and consciously takes time for exchange, coordination, and joint development.

Why did we introduce this?
➡️ Because some progress only happens when people see each other.
➡️ Because connection doesn't happen by chance.
➡️ And because good collaboration requires more than just good tools.

The KAPRION DAY made a noticeable difference for us:
• Discuss optimization potential together
• Presenting mutually proposed solutions
• faster voting
• Make clear decisions/decisions
• Greater team cohesion

Sometimes the most important step forward is sitting down together at a table. That's how we'll start again in 2026 – consciously, committedly, together.
